All the flavors of the rich Middle
Eastern dessert are here in a latte.
1 oz praline syrup
1/2 oz hazelnut syrup
1/2 oz maple walnut syrup
Dash lemon syrup
2 teaspoons honey
1 shot espresso
Steamed and foamed milk
Cinnamon for garnish
Cinnamon stick for garnish
In a 10-ounce cup, combine syrups, honey
and espresso. Fill the cup with steamed milk, top with a small dollop of
milk, sprinkle generously with cinnamon and garnish with a cinnamon
stick. Serve immediately.
