Mexican Mocha Cappuccino Recipe

The ideal storage temperature for chocolate is 78oF. If stored at temperatures too high, a gray "bloom" forms on the chocolate. The bloom detracts from the appearance, but it is harmless - just the fat content coming to the surface. It is common in Mexico to add chocolate and cinnamon to coffee drinks.

Ingredients : Serves 1

1 oz chocolate syrup

1 oz Kahlua syrup

2 shots espresso

Steamed and foamed milk

Cinnamon for garnish

Cinnamon stick for garnish

Method :

In a 12-ounce cup, combine syrups and espresso. Fill the cup with steamed milk, top with foamed milk and sprinkle with cinnamon. Garnish with cinnamon stick. Serve immediately.
